Dr. Elders challenged the
audience to think about
ways to prevent young
people at risk from being
infected and ways to
better take care of those
that already are.

"Why is it," said Dr. Elders,
"that every criminal in jail
has a constitutional right
for a lawyer, and a sick
person does not have a
constitutional right to see
a doctor?"

Lynda tells here moving
story.
